Saltwater

Cabernet Sauvignon Magnum

Displaying an intense garnet ruby-red color of crystal-clear purity and clarity, with a medium-high viscosity. Very expressive, intense primary aroma of capsicum and red currant with elderberry flower that is, following the opening, dominated by ripe sour maraschino cherries, blackberries, and ripe cherries. High intensity and concentration of flavours with a balance of lively acids, and mild zestiness but smooth, rounded texture. Semi-dry, full body, harmonious with a long-lasting aftertaste. The Cabernet Sauvignon Saltwater 2017 showcases its vintage and its proven and well-received vinification innovation among enthusiasts and connoisseurs. Its value is further enhanced in a magnum bottle, making it an excellent companion for slightly more special (gastronomic) occasions and gatherings. Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.

Saltwater

An artisanal line of wines carrying the distinctive mark of its winemaker, crafted to appeal to a younger demographic seeking a departure from traditional wine styles. The name comes from an underground lake beneath Erdut, known as "Saltwater". In their approach, these wines are more reminiscent of New World varieties than classic European ones. They boast rich aromas, with the Cabernet displaying pronounced fruitiness (particularly intense berry aromas), while the Sauvignon exhibits an exceptionally herbal character. Prominent minerality and a wealth of aromas are the hallmark characteristics of wines from the Saltwater series.
