Light yellow-green in color, dry, with good structure and elegant acidity. Aromas of apple and ripe pear contribute to the character in taste and fruitiness on the nose. Light-bodied and suitable for serving on various occasions as it easily pairs with a wide range of dishes - from white fish and seafood to pasta and various salads.
Serve at a temperature of 7-9°C.

The winemaking approach is more traditional, but with a slight stylistic shift away from the characteristics typical of mainstream wines in that category.
