Merlot
Deep dark red with blue undertones. Fruity aromas of black currant and plum. The influence of oak is evident on the nose, with mature fruitiness dominating. Full-bodied, aromatic, and with a smooth texture. The tannins are gentle, and the moderate dryness and acidity contribute to a rounded red wine with a balanced structure and a long finish. Ideal with roasted chicken or turkey, mushroom risotto, soft cheeses, pork fillet, or chocolate mousse.
Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.

Understanding the 'grammar' of wine and grape varieties is a prerequisite without which one cannot proceed, and our winery and its winemaker excel in offering consumers excellent, well-balanced wines. The winemaking approach is more traditional, but with a slight stylistic shift away from the characteristics typical of mainstream wines in that category.
