Cabernet Sauvignon
This Cabernet Sauvignon embodies the best that Croatian soil can offer to this variety. Ruby red in color, with a rich structure and a soft, rounded taste. It carries fruity aromas of berries and black currants, with a moderate hint of tannins. We recommend pairing it with a good steak or burger, spaghetti Bolognese or lasagna, beef stew, or grilled mushrooms. A piece of dark chocolate or a chocolate dessert is our choice to accompany this wine.
Serve at 16-18°C.
