Reserva

Grasevina Reserva 2022
A refined expression of Graševina from the Danube Wine Region, showcasing the perfect balance between varietal purity, oak influence, and aging complexity.
This wine is crafted from 100% Graševina, undergoing fermentation before being racked off its gross lees into new 500L Slavonian oak barrels (medium toast). Malolactic fermentation occurs in oak, followed by 12 months of barrel aging. Before bottling, the wine is blended with an unoaked portion of the same Graševina in stainless steel for 30 days, ensuring harmony and elegance.
The result is a bright, golden-hued wine with layered aromas of ripe orchard fruits, citrus zest, and delicate floral notes, complemented by subtle hints of vanilla and toasted almonds from the oak. The palate is crisp yet round, with a lively acidity that carries through to a long, mineral-driven finish. Serve at: 12-14°C

Reserva
The Reserva Line is our most premium collection yet. The word “Reserva” originates from the Latin verb reservare, meaning “to keep, preserve, or set aside.” True to its name, this line is made from a selection of berries, with each wine undergoing at least 12 months in new Slavonian oak, followed by a period of lees aging, enhancing structure and complexity. By the time of release, these wines already display early tertiary aromas, seamlessly blending with their vibrant primary fruit and layered secondary notes. However, their journey is far from over - with proper cellaring, they will continue to evolve, gaining even more nuance and depth over time. “Reserve it for the moments that matter.”
