Golden-yellow in color with high viscosity. Clear and transparent. Initially, the nose is somewhat closed, but over time, the varietal aromas of ripe juicy peaches and pears emerge, followed by overtones of toastiness with a hint of butter. Vanilla is subtly woven into the intense bouquet.

Very creamy, remarkably well-balanced, harmonious, and with a long finish dominated by the phenolics from aging in 500-liter Slavonian oak barrels.

Serve with grilled fish, seafood, veal, and pasta with creamy sauces and soft aromatic cheeses, at 10-12°C.

Light yellow-green in color, dry, with good structure and elegant acidity. Aromas of apple and ripe pear contribute to the character in taste and fruitiness on the nose.

Displaying a light yellow-green hue, this wine features subtle bitterness, exceptional drinkability, and lovely freshness. The aroma is reminiscent of green apples and citrus, with notes of dried fruit and honey in the aftertaste. Produced from carefully selected ripe grapes from vineyards overlooking the Danube River.

This wine is recommended to be served with chicken dishes, light white meats, seafood, and lightly seasoned salads.

Light to medium-bodied, low tannin dry wine. It exhibits a bright to moderate red color, with fruity aromas of red berries and a recognizable Burgundian earthy undertone. On the palate, it is exceptionally silky and viscous, a layered wine with an intense and concentrated bouquet and flavor.

Iuris Pinot Noir boasts immaculate balance, structure, and a long velvety finish, making it an excellent match for various preparations of chicken, grilled salmon or tuna, as well as soft and creamy cheeses such as Brie or Camembert.

Serve at a temperature of 14-16°C.

One of the world’s most renowned blends that combines the fruitiness of Merlot with the rounded complexity of Cabernet Sauvignon. It features an intense aroma of cherry, blackberry, moderate tannins, and light herbal notes. Well-paired with grilled or oven-roasted red meats, Dalmatian beef stew (pašticada), and game dishes.

We recommend it with hard cheeses such as sheep’s pecorino or cow’s Grana Padano.

Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.

Deep dark red with blue undertones. Fruity aromas of black currant and plum. The influence of oak is evident on the nose, with mature fruitiness dominating. Full-bodied, aromatic, and with a smooth texture. The tannins are gentle, and the moderate dryness and acidity contribute to a rounded red wine with a balanced structure and a long finish.

Ideal with roasted chicken or turkey, mushroom risotto, soft cheeses, pork fillet, or chocolate mousse.
